Tiburon Council Agenda

The Tiburon Town Council meets at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, in Council Chambers at Tiburon Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Blvd. The following items are on the agenda:

  • Interview of Azita de Mujica of 53 Eastview Avenue for vacancy on Heritage and Arts Commission;
  • Recognition of outgoing Heritage & Arts Commissioners Berg, Bremer, and Schmidt;
  • Parente Vista Precise Development Plan for two single-family lots on 10.2 acres (owner: Lionel Achuck);
  • Resolution commending Laleh Zelinsky and Zelinsky Properties for the success of the Harbor Light building;
  • Proposal to increase fines for parking violations;
  • Amendment to Miraflores Precise Plan to extend building envelope at 2 Miraflores Lane for a proposed gazebo, fencing and outdoor barbecue area (owner: Davoud Sadeghi); and
  • Adjournment in honor of the late Franklin J. Buscher, former longtime Tiburon Fire Chief.
