Marin supervisors to consider halting environmental review of plans for former seminary in Strawberr

The Marin Board of Supervisors is set to weigh in on whether the latest plans to redevelop the former seminary site in Strawberry are ready for environmental review. The board on Nov. 10 will consider an appeal filed by the Seminary Neighborhood Association that seeks to overturn the county’s decision to start the review process, with the Strawberry group arguing the project application from developer North Coast Land Holdings can’t be properly evaluated because it lacks critical details about a 1,000-student school proposed for the site.
