Barbara McCullough

Barbara McCullough passed away April 24th after a brief but heroic battle against cancer. Barbara was a third-generation San Franciscan and devoted wife of Bob McCullough Sr., who passed away in April 2007. In 1958, Bob and Barbara and family left the city fog to locate to Greenbrae, where they lived for over 25 years before moving to Belvedere. Barbara loved Marin and became an avid tennis player and later, a golf enthusiast at the Meadow Club.

Barbara is survived by her children: Bob (Erika), Jeannie (Doug), Brian (Jo Ann) and Larry (Jamie). Barbara’s seven grandchildren: Megan (Jordan), Christopher, Patrick, Kristien, Jenny (Denis), Shanna, and Margo brought her much happiness.

The Catholic faith was foundational to Bob and Barbara’s lives. They leave a remembrance of philanthropy to many Catholic institutions and other organizations benefitting Marin County.
