Candidate filing period opens on Monday for Tiburon Town Council

The candidate filing period opens July 12 for the Tiburon Town Council special election, set for Nov. 2.

The town is seeking to fill one vacancy, triggered by the resignation of Councilmember David Kulik, who stepped down in May when moving out of Tiburon with his family less than six months into his second term.

The winner of the election will serve the remaining three years on Kulik’s term, through November 2024.
