Kulik takes over as mayor, Fredericks is vice mayor in Tiburon


Town Councilmember David Kulik is Tiburon’s new mayor after being elected by his colleagues in an hourlong Dec. 5 session, which also included the swearing-in of three councilmembers to new terms and the election of Alice Fredericks as vice mayor.
