Mallard Pointe developers submit revised project plan
The developers behind the proposed 42-unit Mallard Pointe housing complex have submitted a revised project application that provides a variety of supplemental information deemed missing from the previous version and increases the number of low-income affordable units to ensure the project can qualify for key waivers.
Mallard Pointe 1951 LLC, an affiliate of Mill Valley-based Thompson Dorfman Partners LLC, resubmitted the plans to Belvedere’s Planning and Building Department on May 24, one day ahead of the May 25 resubmission deadline.
The city now has 30 days to review the plan for completeness. If the plans are deemed complete, the city will determine the scope of required environmental review — whether the project is exempt, whether impacts can be mitigated so no review is necessary or whether a full environmental-impact report is required.
