Tiburon Tavern hires new executive chef


Tiburon Tavern at 1651 Tiburon Blvd. has a new executive chef. The Lodge at Tiburon, owned by MetWest Terra Hospitality, hired Annie Hongkham to oversee culinary operations at the hotel restaurant. Trained at the Art Institute of Houston, Hongkham most recently opened Chicken Pharm by The Patio Group, and served as culinary director for Chalk Hill Winery Estates and Foley Family Wines in Healdsburg. She also has held posts at Montage Laguna Beach and Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel. The Tavern’s previous executive chef, Mo L’Esperance, is now in the same role at Saddles Steakhouse, located at the MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa in Sonoma.
