Kayakers rescued from waters off Tiburon after capsizing

A pair of kayakers were rescued from San Francisco Bay a quarter-mile offshore from Tiburon April 20 after their vessel reportedly took on water and sank near the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, according to the California Highway Patrol.
