Reed school district eyes November ballot measure to renew parcel tax


The Reed Union School District will consider placing a 12-year parcel-tax renewal and extension on the ballot this November after early opinion polling showed voter support for a measure that could raise the annual tax from $589 in the 2019-2020 school year to about $840 by its expiration in 2032.
