Mina, Caprice restaurants seek Paradise Drive valet operations in Tiburon


Two highly anticipated downtown restaurants will head to the Tiburon Town Council to make their cases for valet-parking operations on town land — including in a loading-zone space popularly used for ferry commuters. Respective representatives for Michelin-starred celebrity chef Michael Mina’s new restaurant at the former Guaymas space at 5 Main St. and for The Caprice restaurant at 2000 Paradise Drive will make their pitches in back-to-back hearings slated for the council’s next public meeting, at 7:30 p.m. July 17 at Town Hall.
