Two charged in alleged theft of $3,000 in merchandise from Tiburon CVS


Two suspects have been charged after a Dec. 12 arrest on allegations of stealing an estimated $3,000-$4,000 worth of merchandise from a downtown CVS/pharmacy to sell for drug money. Britney Fay Wilkey-Noteboom, 24, of San Francisco has been charged with second-degree burglary, grand theft of personal property and conspiracy to commit a crime, according to Alfia Nachtigall, a spokeswoman in the Marin County District Attorney’s Office. Vincent Cascio, 47, of Berkeley, was also arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
