Patricia Ann Bradley

Patricia Ann Bradley passed away at her home in Mill Valley on April 16, 2020, at the age of 90. She was born in Bronxville, New York, on March 4, 1930, to Francis and Florence Macaulay.

Pat grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey, where her father practiced medicine as a general practitioner and her mother was his nurse. She attended college in Elmira, New York, and completed nursing training in 1953 at Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital. She worked as a registered nurse for 40 years and at the end of her career worked at a pediatric practice in Tiburon.

Pat was married in 1955 to Thomas Bradley, Jr. in Hackensack, New Jersey. In 1969, the family moved to Tiburon, where they lived for eighteen years. In 1987, they moved to Texas for eight years. They divorced in 1995 and Pat moved back to Tiburon to return to the area she loved and the friends she cherished.

Pat was a longtime member of the Tiburon Peninsula Club. She was an avid tennis player and continued to play into her mid 80s. She loved traveling, the symphony, art galleries, and the theater. She played bridge every week, enjoyed seeing movies with her friends and working in the garden while living at The Redwoods.

Pat’s final wish was to have her ashes scattered off the coast of Marin County.

Pat is survived by her children, Thomas Bradley and his wife Judith, Mark Bradley and his wife Tracy, Stephen Bradley, Mary Bradley and her husband David; grandchildren Jenny Bradley, Erin Clemens, Kevin Starr, Ryan Starr, Kate Bradley, Megan Bradley, Luna Bradley-Hurley, Shea Bradley-Hurley; great-grandchildren Audrey Clemens, Brick Clemens, James Clemens; and her brother William P. Macaulay. Her sister, Betty Jane Crouch, and her grandson Galen Bradley-Hurley predeceased her.

Pat was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
