A blanket for Mount Tam

Sandy Anderson

‘Just before another storm came in, the clouds opened up just enough to see all of Mount Tam,’ Old Tiburon resident Sandy Anderson said Feb. 24. ‘Perfect opportunity!’ She snapped this image looking northwest across the Point Tiburon Bayside condos from the Shoreline Park walking path, near the Railroad & Ferry Depot Museum. It’s the first snow on the mountain since a light dusting in 2019. The peak could be seen from the Old Rail Trail. Skies are expected to be mostly clear this week until rain returns this weekend.
