Menorah to return in time for Hanukkah

Fountain Plaza will host a lighted menorah this weekend, thanks to a successful community fundraising campaign led by Paradise Cay resident Gina Waldman.

The 9-foot tall menorah is expected to be installed at the plaza sometime this week, ahead of the Nov. 28 start to Hanukkah, which begins at sunset, and remain up for the duration through nightfall Dec. 6.

Lightings will be held each evening at 5:30 p.m.; on the first night, Tiburon residents Kevin and Gail Kirst will provide latkes.
