Michael William Knepper of Belvedere passed away from complications of advanced diabetes on November 3, 2020. Michael was born in Washington, D.C., on October 24, 1963, the youngest son of Virginia Doyle of Belvedere and William Knepper, a diplomat with the U. S. Department of State.
