Survey: Residents show most support for high-density concepts downtown

Residents who responded to an online survey about potential housing sites generally voiced support for high-density concepts in downtown Tiburon — though many bemoaned the state mandate requiring the town to plan for additional housing in the first place.


Some 225 people responded to the online public survey, which launched March 11 and ran through April 20, for Create Tiburon 2040 — a collection of surveys and workshops intended to help guide development of the town’s mandated 20-year general plan update.
