Tiburon Fire Protection District: Incumbents beat back challengers


The three incumbents on the Tiburon Fire Protection District board appear to have fended off two challengers in the Nov. 8 election to retain their seats.



Emmett O’Donnell, Cheryl Woodford and Richard Jones will best newcomers John Hamilton and Brette Daniels in the pick-three contest. The race was one of two on the ballot for the board of the fire district. In the other contest, incumbent Mark Capell ran unchallenged for a two-year seat.


“I’ve always enjoyed working with the people that are on the current board, and so I am happy to be returning with them,” O’Donnell said.
