$2.4 mil budget OK’d as youth programs drive post-pandemic rebound at Ranch

The Ranch board approved a $2.4 million budget Jan. 26 that officials say reflects a post-pandemic rebound in enrollment, with youth programs driving most of the recreation district’s financial gains.

Board Chair Brian Chase said the budget reflects a “return to normalcy” after the pandemic, with strong enrollment in youth and adult programs.
