Marin County planners deemed complete the application for a 106-unit senior-living facility on Strawberry’s North Knoll Road on Nov. 6.

Construction was to begin before year’s end, according to Tartine CEO Dar Vasseghi.

The first of the season’s king tides, which can cause roadway flooding in the area, was expected today, Nov. 5, alongside a 90% chance of rain.

The five-story, 150,655-square-foot building would house 106 units on a vacant lot at 70 N. Knoll Road, standing more than 60 feet tall.

The 106-unit facility would include 71 independent-living apartments and 35 assisted-living suites on the 6.6-acre hillside site off North Knoll Road.

Families can choose from trick-or-treating through themed areas, magic shows, carnival games, and free outdoor screenings across multiple venues.
