• $145 for the total 4-week run.

• Submit "NC-120" form to The Ark.

Notice of Petition to Administer Estate

• $340 for the total 3-week run.

• Submit "DE-121" form to The Ark.

To submit, take a picture with your phone!

Place each document flat on an evenly lit, solid-colored surface and take a full-frame photograph of each page. Then submit your public notice / legal ad by emailing the images to Accounts Manager Leigh Pagan at lpagan@thearknewspaper.com, and call 415-435-2652 with payment.

 

You can also mail the documents with a check made out to: The Ark, P.O. Box 1052, Tiburon, CA 94920, or drop off/put through mail slot at our Boardwalk Shopping Center office, 1550 Tiburon Blvd. Ste. D, Tiburon.

 

After the run is complete, we will mail a proof of publication (affidavit) to the courts and to you.
