Owners reach agreement to sell Ming’s Restaurant


Ming’s Restaurant in Tiburon is up for sale. Owner Ai Zhu “Angie” Chen and her husband have reached a tentative agreement to sell the restaurant, located in The Boardwalk Shopping Center, to Penly Huang. However, the deal won’t close until the new owner gets the required permits, including the transfer of a beer and wine sales license from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Chen said. She said she and her husband, who bought the restaurant in February 2015, want to take some time off and then pursue a new business, but they have no firm plans.
