Tiburon council set to consider appeal of live music at Sam’s Anchor Cafe


Belvedere residents who want the Tiburon Town Council to overturn a previous decision to allow live music Sam’s Anchor Cafe’s outdoor deck will have a chance to make their case at the council’s April 17 meeting. Steve and Meryl Wisenbaker of Beach Road have filed an appeal seeking to overturn the Jan. 23 decision of the Tiburon Planning Commission to grant a conditional use permit allowing the waterfront restaurant, which has been closed for the past month for renovations, to offer live outdoor music daily, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays.
