The Lodge at Tiburon sold to major hotel operator and developer


The Lodge at Tiburon has been sold by MetWest Terra to the Rhode Island-based real-estate investment and hospitality services organization Procaccianti Companies, according to a press release from the company. The hotel operator will be Procaccianti’s hospitality management affiliate, TPG Hotels & Resorts, a national operator and developer of more than 60 hotels. TPG’s management portfolio includes some of the country’s biggest hotel chains, including InterContinental, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood and Wyndham.
