Longtime Tiburon councilmember, three-time mayor Fraser resigns

Following a two-month leave to deal with undisclosed personal matters, longtime Tiburon Town Councilmember and three-time former Mayor Jim Fraser has resigned from the board, effective immediately. He also noted his family had “personal and private” challenges they needed to focus on. The town will hold a March 3 special election to fill his seat.
