Ralph Blair

My dear husband, Ralph Blair, peacefully passed away on November 19th, 2019. I feel honored to have been by his side sharing with him my reminiscences of our almost 60 years together. This photo is how I choose to remember him — strong and loving and with a zest for life. He was respected, loved and liked by so many — he made the world a better place.

Ralph is survived by devoted and loving sons Kevin, Matthew, and Andrew and their loving wives Laura Blair, Laura Smith-Blair, and Alison Blair; beloved grandchildren Dillon, Kayla, Siena, Sammy, Tyler, and Eliza; Ralph’s brother, Ronald Bornstein and his sons, David and Aaron and their families; his sister-in-law Barbara Dennington and her sons Jeffrey, and David and David’s family.

Shared by our son: We are not a body with a spirit but a spirit with a body. Today my dad shed that body and is a light we are now all able to feel at the same time. He loved his surroundings and family more than anything, and today he got to be with us all, wherever we were. I felt his light in yoga today, and I really believe he is, and will always be, with us. It is incredible how all the people that knew him say the same beautiful words regarding who he was. He will be missed.
