Spring is typically high season for real estate in Belvedere and Tiburon, with a large wave of new listings and prospective buyers hitting the market mid-February through early June. But nothing about this spring’s market is typical. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the countywide and state shelter-in-place mandates, experts say the real-estate market has become difficult at best.
