Decision due this week on whether Point Tiburon plan can advance

Tiburon senior planner Kristin Teiche said the town must decide by June 18 whether Black Oak Ventures’ application at 1801 Tiburon Blvd. is complete. The date falls 30 days after the firm’s May 19 resubmission.

A complete finding would advance a 60-day clock toward approval and require the town to prepare a notice of approved application, with any conditions, by July 17, Teiche said. If the application is deemed incomplete, Black Oak would have to resubmit, restarting the process.
