Everyday Encounters: A finance exec finds his ideal family life in Belvedere

Mario Valente moved to Belvedere seven years ago seeking excellent schools and waterfront living for his family. The 49-year-old chief investment officer says he found both.

 

Valente, his wife and their three daughters relocated from Southern California, drawn by the community’s reputation and educational opportunities.

 

“We were looking for a family-friendly community, and Belvedere exceeded our expectations,” Valente says.
