Gregory Michael Hart

Gregory Michael Hart was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, by loving parents John and Bonnie Hart. He attended St. Ignatius, a college preparatory high school in San Francisco for four years.

After that, he attended Chico State University and graduated with a B.A. in Business. In addition, he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity and legacy.

Some of Greg’s work history includes being a baker at Bloomingdale’s for two years. Also, Greg was a wonderful furniture salesman, one of the top sales associates at Homestead House flagship store in Miramar, CA, near San Diego. He had a wonderful work ethic and positive attitude.

He was a volunteer at the de Young Museum in San Francisco for ten years and worked on Bouquets to Art as an assistant with his mother, Bonnie. It was there that he cultivated an interest in growing succulents, orchids, and amaryllis. He had a great green thumb.

He will be remembered for his gift of laughter, putting everyone around him at ease with his infectious sense of humor.

Greg’s hobbies included cooking, gardening, and travelling. He loved going on world cruises with his best friend, Jeff Towns.

Greg had a joie de vivre and his motto was “carpe diem,” seize the day, which he did!
