Jeff Bellinger memorial service

A public memorial service for longtime Tiburon dentist Jeff Bellinger is set for noon Sept. 28 at the Tiburon Fire Protection District’s downtown station at 1679 Tiburon Blvd.

Bellinger died June 8, aged 78, following a medical emergency. He was a stalwart presence to generations of local families, first opening his practice about 1974 at the downtown Maritime Center before moving it to Juanita Lane in 2011, where he practiced until his death.

Bellinger was also part of the Tiburon Volunteer Fire Department since 1975, putting out fires across Tiburon and the rest of Marin while later helping with annual fundraisers like the Tiburon Triathlon and Firefighters Ball, plus chili cookoffs, toy drives and blood drives.
