Packed weekend includes Friday street festival, car show, barbecue, Juneteeth, concert

Father’s Day weekend will bring a jam-packed slate of free events to the peninsula, with Tiburon set to host a Friday Nights on Main street fair, its annual Juneteenth celebration and classic car show while Belvedere will hold a community barbecue and its first concert in the park of the summer season.

In a Town Council resolution up for approval tonight, June 5, Tiburon plans on calling its portion of events “Celebrate Tiburon Weekend” to mark the 60th anniversary of the town, which was incorporated in June 1964.
