Tiburon council adds member to traffic-study panel, declines to remove Belvedere member

Tiburon Town Councilmember Jon Welner has been added to an advisory panel for the ongoing study exploring traffic on Tiburon Boulevard, though the board rejected a separate attempt to remove Belvedere’s lone council representative because the city isn’t helping fund the study.
