Tiburon OKs $1.8M to repave Paradise Drive stretch near downtown

Tiburon plans to spend up to $1.81 million to repave a half-mile stretch of Paradise Drive, with work tentatively set to begin in late June.

The 2,800 linear feet of repaving will start at the intersection with Mar West Street and end at town limits near Agreste Way. The work includes replacing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curb ramps and valley gutters, pruning and removing tree roots and replacing traffic striping and pavement markings.

The project, part of Tiburon’s capital-improvement program for fiscal year 2025-2026, is scheduled to last 45 working days, Public Works Engineering Director David Eshoo said in an email.
