Trails group appeals ruling over access to private Tiburon Ridge property


The Tiburon Peninsula citizens group battling for public access to trails on 110 acres of private property on the Tiburon Ridge is appealing a Marin judge’s ruling in favor of the landowner, the Martha Co. The Martha Co., a coalition of heirs of John L. Reed, wants to develop 43 homes sites on the parcel, known as Easton Point, which sits at the southern tip of the Tiburon Peninsula.
