Hearts & Flowers winding down

Peggy O’Neill (right), owner of Hearts & Flowers at The Cove Shopping Center in Tiburon, gives Rochelle Cook a hand behind the counter of the cafe that’s part of the business. The cafe closed its doors on June 28 and will soon be followed by the ower shop in August. O’Neill, who opened her first flower shop in Tiburon in 1979 and has been running Hearts & Flowers out of The Cove since 1985, has decided to retire. (Elliot Karlan photo)
