Emerging pros face off at Tiburon Challenger tennis tournament

The Tiburon Challenger men’s pro tennis circuit tournament kicks off this weekend at the Tiburon Peninsula Club, highlighting an international field of 32 singles players and 16 doubles teams. The tournament, which was first played at the club in 2003, runs Sept. 22-30 and has a total prize purse of $100,000.
