My role at The Ark
Henriette is The Ark's publisher and advertising director. She manages the paper's business, revenue and marketing strategies, and she's the person to talk to about advertising, special sections and supporting The Ark.
Background
Henriette joined The Ark in January 2006. With executive editor Kevin Hessel, she runs the paper’s day-to-day operations, and the two took over ownership of The Ark in June 2023. She was previously a senior executive recruiter with Crowe-Innes & Associates in Tiburon and spent 10 years in sales and customer service at Wells Fargo. For many years she volunteered as a PTA treasurer for Reed Union School District schools. Henriette raised her four children in Tiburon and now lives in Woodacre with her husband, with their children and grandchildren nearby.
