All three Tiburon council incumbents to retain their seats


The three incumbents up for re-election on the Tiburon Town Council will likely retain their seats by default, as no challengers declared their candidacy ahead of the Aug. 10 filing deadline. The council race is one of a slew of local board races that are set to be uncontested in the Nov. 6 election; though several boards are poised to see turnover as incumbents step down, just three of the 10 other boards with seats up for grabs will host competitive races.
