Atomic Tuna yacht broker opens for business on Tiburon's Ark Row
About five years ago, Wayne Goldman was deep-sea fishing on a boat being delivered from South Africa to Florida when he hooked a fish so big he says he had to fight it for a couple of hours. “When it jumped out of the water, it seemed to me to be a 20-foot tuna, so we started to joke that it was an atomic tuna,” he says. “When I finally landed it, it turned out to be 70 pounds and 4 feet long. But we had sushi that night.” That experience served as the inspiration behind the name of Atomic Tuna Yachts, the yacht broker Goldman recently opened on Ark Row next door to Ruth Livingston Interiors.
