Tiburon teen's YouTube videos prompt police investigations, student walkout at Redwood


A Tiburon teenager with nearly 1 million followers has become the subject of at least one police investigation and a student walkout for inflammatory far-right videos she’s posted to her YouTube channel, including one in which she threatens to kill the CEO of YouTube and her children. The 14-year-old student, whose first name is Sophia and who posts under “soph” on YouTube, stars in profane and hate-based commentary videos that she calls comedy, with titles like “Suicide Bomb” and “Multiracial White Supremacy” that include extreme rhetoric targeting Muslims, blacks, liberals and the LGBTQ community.
