Lynn Payne has her book-browsing routine down to a science.

 

The 88-year-old Tiburon resident makes her way through the racks at Corner Books, the Belvedere-Tiburon Library’s used bookstore, on Aug. 27, looking for her next read — preferably a history book.

 

“I like to learn a little something when I’m reading, and that’s why I like nonfiction books,” Payne says.
