NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TIBURON DESIGN REVIEW BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
Thursday, November 5, 2026 6:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held in person and televised live on Zoom. Instructions on how to join remotely will be included on the meeting agenda. Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely do so at their own risk. The Design Review Board meeting will not be cancelled if technical problems arise during the meeting.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tiburon Design Review Board will hold a special public meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following:
Site Plan and Architectural Review for the construction of a new 3,443 square foot single-family residence where an existing 2,192 square foot single family residence currently exists. Other proposed work includes the remodel of an existing accessory structure, a new trellis, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, fencing, retaining walls, patio, landscaping, grading over 50 cubic yards, and other site improvements. Continued from the September 17, 2026 Design Review Board meeting.
The subject property is located at 407 Hilary Drive; Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 039-131-14, (R-1 Residential Zone); File No. DR2026-054.
This project has been preliminarily determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Sections 15301: Existing Facilities and 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
