NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TIBURON DESIGN REVIEW BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

The meeting will be held in person and televised live on Zoom. Instructions on how to join the Zoom will be included in the meeting agenda which will be available on the Town’s Agenda & Minutes page, the Friday before the meeting date.
Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely via Zoom do so at their own risk. The meeting will not be cancelled if any technical problems arise during the meeting.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tiburon Design Review Board will hold a special public meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at or after 6:30 p.m. to consider the following:
Site Plan and Architectural Review for the remodel and 15 square foot addition to an existing single-family residence, remodel and addition to the upper level deck, and addition of a new exterior stairwell with a privacy screen to connect the upper and lower decks with a Variance request to increase the existing lot coverage from 24.2% to 25%, where 15% is the maximum permitted. Continued from the September 17, 2026 Design Review Board meeting.
The subject property is located at 3 East Terrace; Assessor’s Parcel No. 034-242-10, (RO-2 Residential-Open Zone); File Nos. DR2026-016 and VAR2026-008.
This project has been preliminarily determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15301: Existing Facilities and 15332: In-Fill Development Projects. None of the exceptions set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply to the project.
