Belvedere unveils refined plans for extensive seawalls work

Belvedere’s extensive flood-fix proposal now includes an array of public amenities — including beach access, multiuse paths and parks — to mask the seawall developments and connect residents and visitors with the shoreline along Beach Road and San Rafael Avenue.
