Marin supervisors reject bid to halt EIR for ex-seminary development in Strawberry

The latest plan to redevelop the former seminary site in Strawberry will proceed with environmental review over the objection of neighbors who were seeking to halt the process. The Marin Board of Supervisors on Nov. 10 unanimously denied an appeal filed by the Seminary Neighborhood Association and backed county planning staff’s previous decision to begin review on the project from developer North Coast Land Holdings.
