Tiburon residents both called for more workforce and senior housing while questioning the impact on traffic and water resources during a recent online housing forum aimed at shaping the town’s long-term growth and development.

The workshop was the fourth in a series of forums hosted by O’Rourke and Associates, the consulting firm tasked with updating the town’s general plan, designed to lay out the next 20 years of local policies on land use, housing, parks and open space, transportation and more. Previous forums focused on sea-level rise; safety, parks and open space; and downtown.
