Dec. 25 is Christmas Day, and Jan. 1 is New Year’s Day.

  • Belvedere-Tiburon Post Office: Closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

  • Belvedere-Tiburon Library: Open 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 24, closed Dec. 25, open 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 31, closed Jan. 1.

  • Tiburon Town Hall: Dec. 24-Jan. 3.

  • Belvedere City Hall: Closed Dec. 23-27 and Jan. 1.

  • The Ranch’s Dairy Knoll center: Closed Dec. 23-27 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1.

  • Strawberry Recreation District offices: Reduced holiday hours 10 a.m-4 p.m. Dec. 23-Jan. 3; closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1.

  • Reed Union School District: No school Dec. 23-Jan. 6.

  • St. Hilary School: No school Dec. 23-Jan. 7.

  • Tamalpais Union High School District: No school Dec. 23-Jan. 7.

  • Mill Valley School District: No school Dec. 23-Jan. 6.

  • Marin Transit: Sunday/Holiday service Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1.

  • Golden Gate Transit: Weekend/Holiday service Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

  • Golden Gate Ferry: No service Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

  • The Ark: Closed Dec. 21-Jan. 1. The Year in Review special edition of Jan. 1 and the Spirit of Generosity special edition of Jan. 8 were produced in advance of the break; regular news coverage will resume for the edition of Jan. 15.
