Del Mar artists display work in two-part Town Hall exhibit

Del Mar Middle School students have created a series of self-portraits and mixed-media works inspired by the world’s cities for a two-part art exhibit at Tiburon Town Hall. “Who Am I?” — self-portraits from sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders — will run through March 29, with an artists’ reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 14. That gives way to “Cities of the World,” featuring pieces created by the school’s intermediate and advanced seventh- and eighth-grade art students, which will run April 1-26. The artists’ reception for that part of the exhibit will be announced later. (Aaron Snyder photo)
