Big annual fundraising push begins for Reed district schools

The Foundation for Reed Schools’ annual spring fundraiser begins this month with an online auction and an afternoon of boutique shopping, and it continues into early May with an evening of dinner and dancing.

The slate of activities, which kicks off April 20 and culminates May 6 with the gala at The Seminary in Strawberry, serves as the foundation’s last big push to meet its $2-million fundraising goal for the 2022-2023 school year, money that goes directly to the Reed Union School District to help support art, music, physical education, language and library programs at its three schools.
