A 5,100-square-foot Mediterranean villa with San Francisco skyline views hit the market last month for $22 million, complete with an 800-square-foot guest house, a “hillevator” — and a 51-foot yacht.

The waterfront estate at 125 Belvedere Ave., on the backside of Belvedere Island, was built in 1978 and fully remodeled in 2007 by architect Andrew Skurman. Known as “Casa dei Sogni,” Italian for “the house of dreams,” the property mirrors the design of Belvedere’s official sister city, Portofino, Italy.
